Job not done yet
Sheryas Iyer and Ricky Ponting combo are yet to win a trophy together. This coach and captain combo took DC to their first final and PBKS to their second after 11 years, but failed to cross the final line in both the occasions.
They both have won the trophies seperately, Ponting in 2015 as MI coach and Shreyas Iyer as KKR captain in 2024, but yet to taste the victory together. Hope they will comeback stronger and finish the “Project Ponting” next year.
