Basit Ali had severely criticized the Pakistan team management over the selection of squad of the first Test against Bangladesh.
Basit thought this to mean that, anytime Pakistan defeated Bangladesh, the management would declare that their actions were correct.
“They have made a mockery of Pakistan. Now they will win against Bangladesh and say we took the right calls. The fans will also say that the team management made great decisions. When England will come, you will know the reality,”

Multan Cricket Stadium will host the first Test match between Pakistan and England on October 7 as both teams face off in a three match Test series.
