PAK vs BAN: “You Score All Your Runs In The Nets” – Basit Ali Lashes Out At Babar Azam Following Twin Failures In First Test Match Against Bangladesh

Pakistan had a shameful defeat against Bangladesh in the first test, and many people have started lashing out and trolling over them. Pakistan took a good start in the first innings but they declared the innings which them badly as the game went ahead.

Babar Azam was not in his touch he lost his wicket on zero in both innings, this shows he isn’t ready or maybe some injuries may have been raised. Babar Azam has been out of form past many games, he is not in his mood to smash runs or score runs like he used to play earlier.

Basit Ali slams Babar Azam

Pakistan had the worst match in the two-match test series and they were completely outraged by the game by Bangladesh which cost them very badly and now they need to gear up with new plans and strategies. Pakistan was batting first in the first innings they had a shocking start as their 4 batters were back into the pavilion under 50 and in that, Babar Azam was the one who lost his wicket on zero but the story doesn’t end over here, he repeated the same thing in second innings too and lost the wicket again on zero. Former Pakistan player Basit Ali slams Babar Azam for his poor performance. Basit Ali said:

“Just stop batting in the nets. You score all your runs in the nets, what will you do in the match? You don’t play where you need to bat for two hours, but you play for two hours in the nets. Just do skipping and knocking in the practice.”

Soon after that Basit Ali advised speedster Shaheen Afridi to take a rest energize your game and play first-class cricket, if the any player is out of form then domestic cricket helps you to gain that power once again, Basit Ali said:

“Shaheen Afridi should be rested. Ask him to go and play first-class cricket first. First of all, congratulations to him on becoming a father. Let him meet his son and ask him to rest.”
