The Hundred, Northern Super Chargers, and London Spirit match was abandoned due to rain however, Northern Super Chargers were leading the chart so with that Northern Super Chargers won the match by DLS method.
A roller-costar ride for London Spirit
London Spirit were invited to bat first but somehow felt like their luck was still not supporting them despite working hard playing games they have lost plenty of matches so that streak continues. London Spirit didn’t got a perfect start which implements in their game, opener Michael Pepper lost his wicket early, then Keaton Jennings stood from one end but after scoring runs he too lost his wicket and then a sudden collision happened which felt like London Spirit are not ready for today’s game. Ravi Bopara and Liam Dawson scored some runs which felt there was some hope of big runs but in the end, London Spirit was able to score just 111 losing 8 wickets.
Stellar performance from Northern Super Chargers
Northern Super Chargers had a stupendous day with the ball and so they delivered even great. Every bowler is equally appreciated for their contribution and even picked wickets, Reece Topley and Matthew Potts picked 2 wickets each but the highlighted bowler of the day was Adil Rashid who scalped 3 wickets conceding just 16 runs.
Rain made Northern Super Chargers winners
So the target was quite big just to chase 112 and the start was on the mark, Matthew Short and Graham Clark were on a roll but Graham Clark lost his wicket then Ollie Robinson joined the party but soon after that rain interrupted the game and it kept going for a long time which made the match to be abandoned but fortunately Northern Super Chargers were 21 runs ahead of the DLS score so they were declared as winners and so they grabbed those important 2 points. Adil Rashid was adjourned as Man Of the Match.
Heartbreak for London Spirit
London Spirit had a devastating day first with the bat then with the ball but mostly it was rain it spoiled the game which made the game be abandoned and so they couldn’t finish the game if they could have added some runs onboard still couldn’t be sure that the result will shift towards them. Only Matthew Critchley was the one who picked the wicket just a single wicket.
