Indian fastest bowler Jasprit Bumrah has issued a statement regarding youngsters lead India team poor fielding in the 1st Test against England at Headingly. According to Jasprit Bumrah, India team has no blame for poor fielding as they are also new in Test match.

India vs England Test Match has been becoming interesting one as India supporters and fans viewed a delightful match of India emerging cricketers. In spite of their bad fielding, Indian cricketers have played bowling and batting nicely. It was observed that India young players have had their fun batting in particular. Skipper Subhman Gill, Yashashvi Jaiswal and Rishabh Pant scored centuries.
In an recent press conference, Bumrah has been asked about their poor fielding performance. Then the Indian pacer replied by saying that, “I am disappointed for a second when catches are dropped. It’s part and parcel of the game, and the guys are new and working so hard. I don’t want to create a scene and put more pressure on them. Nobody is doing it intentionally. So they will learn from this experience.”
In their 1st innings, Indian players missed nearly six balls while England batted. And three of them were from Jaiswal’s hand. But because of their bowling, India was able to get there. In the 1st innings, India scored 471 and England tried till 465 only. All the credit goes to Jasprit Bumrah.
Jasprit Bumrah captured a total of 5 wickets at an average of 16.60 against England. In contrast to Bumrah, bowlers Prasidh Krishna, Mohammed Siraj captured 3 and 2 respectively. Interestingly, the match took a turn when Prasidh Krishna bowled out Harry Brook’s(99) ball before completing a century.
