Pakistan cricket team registered a clinical performance against Bangladesh and won the match by 7 wickets. Mohammad Rizwan played a staggering knock of 63 runs in 79 balls. Mohammad Rizwan along with Imam-ul-Haq tormented Bangladesh’s bowling lineup during the run chase of 194 runs.

Pakistan would take immense confidence from this win as they annihilated the invincible Bangladeshi cricket team in all the 3 facets of the game. The side would be disappointed by the rare failure of the skipper Babar Azam who couldn’t trouble the scorers as he was undone by Taskin Ahmed.

Aakash Chopra stated that Rizwan has got a very good pick  up shot against the fast bowlers and also plays spin extremely.

“Mohammad Rizwan – I like this player a lot. He is a warrior and he keeps fighting. The more pressure you put on him, the more he flourishes. Whether you play him in T20Is, ODIs or Tests, somehow whenever Pakistan are struggling, it brings the best out of him,” said Aakash Chopra.

“Here also he stayed till the end and won them the match. He played very good sweeps and danced down the wicket to hit over cover. He plays spin extremely well and he has a very good pick-up shot against fast bowling. So Mohammad Rizwan is actually a very, very good player,” he added.

Great performance by Pakistan

Haris Rauf was the wrecker in chief and took 4 scalps in his 6 overs and conceded 19 runs. Haris Rauf is proving to be the trump card for Babar Azam as the lethal pacer not only has got express pace but over the past couple of years has shown good control over his line & length.

The trio of Shaheen Afridi, Naseem Shah & Haris Rauf can give nightmares to the opposition. The trio though would be tested against India when the two sides would clash against each other on 10th September at Colombo. Skipper Babar Azam though would be keen to make a mark with the bat against the arch rivals as the winner would most likely advance to the final of Asia Cup 2023 tournament.
