BGT 2024-25: “He Doesn’t Have One At The Gabba” – Sunil Gavaskar Wants Virat Kohli To Hit A Test Ton At All Australian Venues

Virat Kohli is a legendary player and currently, he has scored more than 25k runs in international cricket and 81 centuries also surpassing Sachin Tendulkar’s 50-ton record. Virat Kohli is in Midas touch and had a great IPL score of 741 runs and bagged the Orange cap for the second time, recently he scored 8k runs in IPL and became the first player to achieve this feat. Virat Kohli has scored many tons in SENA countries and especially he loves to play against Australia and has the most number of tons against them.

Sunil Gavaskar wants Virat Kohli to hit a ton at Gabba

Legendary Sunil Gavaskar who is also known as a little master, scored 10k runs in a test cricket and was the first player to achieve this feat. Sunil Gavaskar also has the most tons against Australia in Australia and Virat is just behind him to break this record. Virat Kohli started his captaincy in Australia and from there he went on to become a successful captain and leader too. Sunil Gavaskar says:

“On an individual level, [my wish] maybe for Virat Kohli is that he becomes the third overseas player who’s scored a Test century in all the Australian venues. I think he doesn’t have one at the Gabba, so if he gets a century at The Gabba, that means he joins me and Alastair Cook.”

In October India will tour Australia for a 5-match test series that is the Border-Gavaskar trophy and for the first time it will be 5 match test series a certified blockbuster will commence in the summer of Australia.
