The lightning speedster Mark Wood pulled out of the IPL 2024 and Lucknow Super Giants’ (LSG) management & owners signed the deadly pacer Shamar Joseph which as of now is considered to be a great move by the franchise. Shamar Joseph is tipped to change the course of fast bowling as his journey is quite inspiring for the youngsters.
LSG along with Gujarat Titans (GT) have announced their arrival in IPL quite quickly as they have somewhat dethrone the 5 time IPL winners both MI & CSK. LSG follows a particular gameplan who not only invested in the youth under the mentorship of Gautam Gambhir as qualifying for the knock-out matches on a consistent basis isn’t everyone’s cup of tea.

AB de Villiers was seen speaking on his You Tube channel. AB de Villiers was quite enthralled to see the youngster perform in one of the best leagues in world cricket. AB de Villiers also pointed out that Shamar Joseph is tipped to be the next big thing in world cricket and said that he is one of those bowlers that want the ball in pressure situations.
“I am really, really excited to watch him perform. I think he’s got something incredibly special. He’s one of those bowlers that want the ball in pressure situations. He’s one talented young gun to watch out for,” said AB de Villiers.

Shamar Joseph who stunned the Aussies in the 2nd Test match, now he will be aiming to make a name for himself in the franchise cricket The right arm speedster not only has got express pace but has shown great control over his line & length which makes him a dangerous asset.
Shamar will be aware of the fact that IPL is a complete different ball game as we have seen the likes of Jason Holder & Alzarri Joseph taken to the cleaners. It will be interesting to see how head coach Justin Langer & skipper KL Rahul make him bowl as the pitches in IPL 2024 will most probably be batting friendly just like the previous edition.
