Rohit Sharma and bowlers make it 8-0 for India with an easy win, they chased down the target of 192 in just 30.3 overs with 7 wickets in hand. India captain Rohit Sharma had won the toss and they will bowl first against Pakistan in the most-anticipated ODI World Cup match at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Hardik, once again proved that he is the best all-rounder especially against the arch-rivals as he picked up 2 wickets for  34 in his 7 overs. Kuldeep was the game-changer for India as he picked up 2 vital wickets back to back and finished with the figures of  2 for 35 in his 10 overs.

Jadeja used the advantage of playing on his home ground he bowled the right length and speed. Jadeja picked up 2 wickets for 38  in his 10 overs which helped India to restrict Pakistan to a well below-par score of 191 in just 42.5 overs.

Rohit Sharma hits 86 to guide India to victory

Rohit Sharma started the innings with the boundary he played a fantastic knock of 86 off 63 balls with 6 fours and  6  sixes at a strike rate of 136.51. Shreyas Iyer gave good company to Rohit Sharma and played a second fiddle finishing at the score of 52 with 3 fours and 2 sixes he guided India to victory along with kl Rahul remains not out for 19 off 29 balls with 2 fours.

Hassan Ali and Shaheen Afridi are the wicket-takers for Pakistan as the duo finished with 2 for 36  and 1 for 34. Pakistan had a forgettable outing as they were outclassed in all the 3 facets of the game. The bowlers weren’t able to extract pace & bounce off the surface.
