Rinku Singh, the destructive left handed batter played a sensational match winning knock of 22 runs in 14 balls. Rinku Singh steered India home in a high voltage clash as he whacked 4 fours and was spot on with his shot selection. It seems that Rinku Singh now has made a habit of winning the matches for the team.

Rinku Singh didn’t panic even after a cluster of wickets fall from the other end as there was unexpected twist in the match that too in the last over when 3 wickets fell back to back and the momentum of the match was shifting from India to Australia. Rinku Singh was quite cool in his approach and made sure that he didn’t play a rash shot.

Australia would rue the fact that they couldn’t restrict India after posting 208 runs on the board. Skipper Matthew Wade couldn’t create panic in the opposition side after the early 2 wickets in the powerplay overs. Suryakumar Yadav looked in a complete different zone as the swashbuckling batter scored 80 runs in a quick time of only 42 balls which proved to be the difference in the end.

Abhishek Nayar was having an interaction with Jio Cinema. Abhishek Nayar pointed out that Rinku Singh has performed exceedingly well in IPL as well as in domestic cricket. Abhishek Nayar stated that this is the third time that Rinku Singh has taken team India home and made a huge statement that Rinku Singh has looked who has experience of playing of more than decades for India.

“It takes a lot of character. We speak about someone, who has done it in the IPL and domestic cricket. Just to see Rinku hold his nerve and to have the have the composure shows that he has grown leaps and bounds, It’s the third time he has done this for India, the third time India needed him to do something special, and he turned up. It’s like he’s been playing international cricket for decades, not just a handful of years,”  said Abhishek Nayar.

“It tells you that he has mastered the art of finishing an innings. It’s not easy and it’s been a while that Hardik and MS Dhoni did that for us, but post that, there’s no one, who has played the finisher’s role so well. It’s not just the runs he gets, but the way he gets them. There is a certain calm and composure about the way he’s playing his cricket,” he added.
