The foxy left-arm chinaman Kuldeep Yadav has shown a lot of intent and character in the ODI WC 2023. Kuldeep Yadav has taken 8 wickets in the championship and the changes like giving extra flight to the delivery have done wonders for him and the team. Kuldeep has been the go-to bowler for Rohit Sharma.

Rohit Sharma can be seen having constant communication with the bowlers and has stood behind the bowlers in tough times. In the absence of Hardik Pandya (*injured), it would be interesting to see whether Shardul Thakur is drafted back into the side or not and one of Siraj or Bumrah is rested.

Head coach Rahul Dravid would be quite pleased with the performance of the unit, but the only concern which he may have that the batting department is way too much reliant on the experienced duo of Virat Kohli & Rohit Sharma. The duo not only have done the bulk of scoring but have taken the team out of muddle.

It could be a possibility to see Kuldeep Yadav, Ravindra Jadeja & Ravichandran Ashwin in the next game- Harbhajan Singh

Harbhajan Singh was seen speaking on his You Tube channel and praised the left arm chinaman Kuldeep Yadav and was not quite sure that the management would go in with Kuldeep, Jadeja & Ashwin against England on 29th Sunday at Lucknow. Harbhajan Singh pointed out that the management should rest Siraj who has played back to back games.

“Kuldeep Yadav’s form has been good, but I wonder if we will get to see three spinners play in the next game – Kuldeep, [Ravindra] Jadeja and Ashwin. It could be a possibility since England do not play spin well. As it is, England are not playing well in the World Cup, and if the ball starts spinning, I don’t think they will be able to do much better. Playing three spinners might not be a bad option,” said Harbhajan Singh.

“Siraj can be rested. He has played back-to-back games. Shami has just come into the playing XI and has claimed a five-fer, If a pitch is a normal one and is not expected to offer a lot of turn, then I do not see too many changes in the team. The team that played against New Zealand might be retained. However, India is playing England, so they might want a slow pitch,”  he added.
