Rishabh Pant current IPL 2024 journey has been nothing short of a roller coaster, complete with ups and downs. Even though, as a player of his caliber, he has made numerous attempts to regain his full-strength form, he has been unable to do so for some reason.

Since players like Rishabh Pants can always threaten the other team, the World Cup in 2024 is always the next area of attention. He consistently creates impactful knocks and has demonstrated his abilities in numerous instances, leaving a lasting impression on everyone. There are several match winners, but Rishabh Pant is the one taking the lead with confidence. The Gaba Test match was filled with incredible moments that no one will soon forget.

Rishabh Pant’s injury has caused many changes, which his teammate Axar Patel is also experiencing. His assessment of the game and his constant calmness are traits that many others observe in him. While leading the Delhi Capitals (DC), he won three of the eight games they played, but many more things are still needed. The crowd and team show Rishabh Pant their full support, even though as everybody knows, coming back is not always easy.

Axar Patel Highlights Rishabh Pant’s Positive Side of Nature

Through his interactions with DC media, Axar Patel has maintained his perspective on Rishabh’s positive side of nature. He has compared Rishabh’s state of mind to that before the accident. Rishabh Pant appears to have matured since he used to always come across as self-obsessed in his speech, but now he appears more humble as he takes his time to complete the game. He ends by stating that while playing his natural game is part of his attitude, he does not show much composure, and instead of getting upset and attacking, he takes his time to finish the game.

“I think he’s more mature and patient now compared to the Rishabh Pant of 1.5 years ago,” Axar told journalists at a DC event on Monday. “He speaks with a lot of maturity now. Earlier, he used to come and start by saying ‘Mai ye kardunga, mai vo karunga’ (I’ll do this, I achieve that). But now he understands that that’s not how it works so he shows a lot of patience and says ‘Mai time luunga, mai match finish karne ka dekhunga’ (I’ll take my time and try and finish the games).” said Axar Patel.

“Obviously, his natural game and shots are still there. But now I feel he’s more mature, calmer and doesn’t get too angry either about someone or the other doing something wrong,” he stated.
