Aaron Finch praises Rohit Sharma

Rohit Sharma keeping things simple and using his brain tackled the situations and so India won every match in the World Cup. Close encounters too were planned wisely and the result is in front of everyone. Jasprit Bumrah’s overs are very crucial so Rohit knows where to use him. In that case, he also approached his batting style In the World Cup 2023 Rohit tried to attack from the first ball itself though he scored very few runs but the attacking approach changed the mind of Rohit Sharma to think in that way so his cameo innings mostly are blessed for India and he will keep doing in T20 format. Former Aussie captain and T20 World Cup champion Aaron Finch praised Rohit Sharma for his attacking approach and giving a flying start to the team. While praising Aaron Finch said:

“I loved what Rohit said it’s about having an impact on the game. It’s not about having 50s or 100s, it’s about changing the game and putting Bangladesh on the backfoot from the second over itself. It’s a change of mindset for youngsters who’re told to get hundreds, get the fifties, get two hundreds whereas in the modern game, you see the youngsters who’re 18,19 and 20 coming into the game now. They will say, you know what, it’s all about four overs and I can win the game for my team,” said Aaron Finch on Star Sports.

‘That’s what I love about Rohit Sharma, we saw in the lead up to the 50-over World Cup and right the way through. He wasn’t compromising on the way he was going to play and he copped some flak for it because he wasn’t getting big scores. But he said, I don’t care that’s how I want to play personally and that’s how I want the team to play, fearless cricket and he’s leading from the front again,” he added.

Rohit Sharma was in a good mood against Bangladesh he targeted Shakib Al Hasan but half-ball trapped Rohit Sharma and lost his wicket against Shakib Al Hasan. Rohit Sharma has just one fifty in this T20 World Cup let’s hope that he keeps attacking and last but not least T20 World Cup should come to India is what everyone wishes.
