Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor’s Starrer Bawaal is a beautiful depiction of love blooming through internal realization. Bawaal is a hard warming inspiring movie about two individuals who find love in the chaos which is a true Bawaal.

The movie revolves around two individuals who are married because they think each other is perfect for them. But the self-centered and image-conscious Ajay felt Nisha’s epilepsy problem will tarnish his public image.

Varun Dhawan has his usual dense and sensitive character while Janhvi was near Rani from Queen.

When in a foul mood Ajay hit a MLA’s son he got into the problem and to get out of the problem he decided to teach the world war through real-life location teaching. For this, he decided to take his wife for the name of a second honeymoon.

When Ajay said to Nisha that he will not take her to the honeymoon she decided to go on her own which gives the vibe of Rani from the queen. She was a determined, honest and confident girl which is opposite to Ajju’s image. Later both wander together.

Nitish Tiwari’s Bawaal used the best references from World War

The writer Ashwini Iyer along with Nitish Tiwari, Piyush Gupta, Nikhil Mehrotra and Shreyas Jain wrote a beautiful screenplay for the premises of the World War 2 angle. If we rely on the trailer the movie did the proper justice by telling the intriguing story with the perfect background of white and black.

The cinematography and direction was fitting the jigsaw puzzle in creating a beautiful image to focus on the common human desire. The questionable choices humans made because of their greed are symbolized through the time of the historic period.

The pressure of being above average romantic drama is too much

In conclusion, the movie is too much under the pressure of being a better romantic drama movie but the actors fail to establish the connection with the audience and among themselves. The songs and music were average.

The movie has high expectations and apart from good cinematography, direction and story writing the movie can do better in the acting area. The portrayal feeling was not at its best. The movie deserves 3.5 out of 5 stars.
