This is the story of a coquette who knows nothing other than money and undoubtedly is a gold digger and the other character in the story is Vivid who was so dedicated to his passion that he would cross all the boundaries for it. The duo were classmates for the UG program way back in 2017-18. Coquette had a dirty habit of playing with the feelings of boys.
There was a rift between the two in the first year in which it was the mistake of Vivid who was constantly staring at Coquette for hours during the Viva of 1st Semester. Later, Vivid apologized for his actions to Angel and she forgives him and they become somewhat friends.
In the 2nd semester, Vivid was quite fortunate to work with Coquette on the group project. It was like a dream for Vivid as he not only loved but had a dream opportunity to work together. Slowly the duo developed a bond and had calls, and texts which may be work-related but it was awesome for Vivid.
In the 2nd year, Vivid got a kind of reality check as Coquette completely ignored him which somewhat proved to be a blessing in disguise for Vivid. He was able to focus on his goals as within a couple of semesters, he was the only boy on the topper’s list which was quite a good achievement.
Vivid got to know about Coquette’s affairs in the class and he was like, I don’t want such a characterless girl in his life. Vivid kept on dominating the academics whereas Coquette was taking test drives of new boys which may not sound well but it was visible.
In the 3rd year, Vivid was very happy because of the World Cup year, and after its conclusion, he was a bit relaxed. Unknowingly, Vivid got attracted to Coquette as earlier mentioned he had a love at first sight with Coquette. She also knew that Vivid loved her the fullest with pure heart but he never confessed as he didn’t want to lose her as a friend.
During the pandemic, Vivid & Coquette got a bit close; with late-night texts and calls. Then the inevitable happened, Vivid’s parents were admitted to the hospital due to COVID-19. It was a dangerous situation for Vivid and in that phase, Coquette became his support system. She gave him self-belief and stated that this virus was normal and not life-wrecking.
The situation improved as Vivid was grateful to Coquette and now the duo had an unbreakable bond which was of friendship. It was a relief for Vivid after the final year fiasco’s exams and a delight for Vivid who had to overcome personal tragedy which wasn’t easy.
Vivid then went to the US for 4 months, and the calls & and texts with Coquette unknowingly stopped as they were busy with their personal & and professional life. Vivid was hired by a US Conglomerate whereas Coquette was too busy in Job.
During the prestigious festival of Diwali, Vivid messaged Coquette and greeted her with Happy Diwali. She was shell-shocked after hearing that Vivid was in the US and had travelled to various states of the US. She requested Vivid to share the pics and once again, the talks and chats started.
When Vivid was back in India, he messaged Coquette and she replied “Welcome, Home,” which made Vivid emotional as during that phase, the third wave of COVID-19 was peaking. Vivid just broke down after that message as he thought and believed that he had someone who cared for him.
The talks and chats got a bit lengthy as Coquette was talking on & every topic with Vivid and he thought that there was a connection between him & and Coquette. Vivid fell in love with Coquette again as it was like paradise for him.
Vivid had a US job but he wanted to be busier and then he applied on LinkedIn and then within a span of 6 months, he was hired by multiple organizations. Vivid gave the credit to Coquette and even called her Angel as she was blushing a lot.
Vivid & Coquette met after a long hiatus of 26 months and Vivid was over the moon after seeing her as the duo talked for ages. Vivid gave Coquette a treat and he wasn’t able to believe that Coquette was in front of her.
Then came the unexpected twist in the storyline, Coquette showed her true colours and started ignoring Vivid’s texts & and calls which hurt Vivid a lot. Then after a couple of months, her birthday came and Vivid just gave a call and she called back and the call back wasn’t less than a miracle. Vivid was upset with her and asked what was the reason for not picking up calls and she apologized.
Once again, the friendship started, and this time Vivid got placed in the leading firm in India, and as usual he gave credit to his Angel. The job was so gruelling that Vivid hardly talked with her as Vivid got national recognition via the firm.
Then came the news of Angel’s marriage which shattered Vivid, There was no doubt that he didn’t want to marry her but he was very sad because after marriage, priorities changed. Vivid confessed on the phone to Coquette that he loved her beyond a limit and thanked her for their contribution to his life. Coquette was in every moment of Vivid which was not a good sign.
Vivid got to know the real face of Coquette who was just married by seeing the bank balance and assets. Vivid was shell shocked when he heard that the guy was 8 years older than her. Vivid wanted to meet Coquette for the last time but she said that she was busy even when being in the range of some miles that badly hurt Vivacious.
Vivid was crestfallen after Coquette didn’t invite him for the marriage as there was a small reunion of college friends too. Vivid got to know that he was played and he wanted revenge as all the talks and chats and personal life chats were leaked and he became a laughing stock for the group.
Vivid was so fumed up that he thought of exposing Coquette’s personal life as he had a collection of her pics and some chats as well. He went for the other way and built his empire and within a span of 3 months, became a puissant tycoon and now earns massively in dollars, pounds, and various other currencies and has contacts in multiple countries.
Vivid was in the touch of Coquette’s sister, Sanguine and he told her about his life. Sanguine was flabbergasted to hear this and apologized for ignoring him during the marriage. Vivid was quite furious with her as the entire family knew about the friendship of the duo.
Vivid now hates Coquette from the bottom of his heart. Vivid now is a reputed personality in the Cricket Industry and astonishingly, he is only 24 years old and many say that he has the brain of a 40-year-old.
Coquette proved to be worse than a gold digger and a cheap slut. Coquette’s husband has no idea that he has a whore in his bed who just sees money and nothing else.
Folks, beware of a lady who may be pure as gold or surprise you by being a gold digger. It’s quite unpredictable but guys, beware coquettes are increasing and now the time has come to think with the brain while falling in love with a lady and eventually marrying rather than listening to the heart.
